3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited communications, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated by AI agents on your behalf is owned by you. The Service, its software, design, and branding remain the property of DCM Media Group.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DCM Media Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the close of the current billing period. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
